Realtors brand their own Canadian Mortgage App
CMA is currently used by over 14,000 Realtors and our CMA PRO subscription is also available for Realtors. This means that for a small fee Realtors can brand the Canadian Mortgage App, share it with their clients to offer more planning tools, advertise it to their networks to generate new prospects and we also advertise them on our Local Expert feature. Now, what happens to the Mortage leads?
By default, when a client makes a mortgage request on a Realtor's branded app, our system automatically selects a broker in the area and submits the request to them, very similar to how Uber connects a passenger to a driver, except the criteria is far more complex than just the closest driver.
Of course, we interview and then handpick every broker that enrolls in the CMA Referral program and we continuously monitor their performance to ensure that we can deliver the best class service to Realtors and their clients.
Custom "Broker Partner" Configuration
Often enough Realtors that subscribe to PRO request that we configure their app in such a way that the mortgage requests are submitted to specific mortgage broker partners and not into the pool to be distributed by the system.
We love that because when a Realtor equips their app with their own dedicated broker partner(s), it makes it the ultimate tool for their clients. It's also a modern techy way in which Brokers and Realtors can harmoniously share referrals.
